• Applies the ADDIE instructional design model.
• Analyzes content.
• Designs learning solutions.
• Creates e-learning courses from reputed company content and storyboards.
• Creates virtual instructor-led courses from reputed company content and procedure documents.
• Creates job aids.
• Uses provided templates.
• Follows established guidelines/procedures/standards.
• Requires minimal direct reputed company and receives direction/guidance where needed.
• Adheres to established timelines.
• Reports status and escalates issues.
• Uses collaboration tools to communicate with teammates.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years of Learning Design Professional experience.
• 5 years of instructional design or reputed company training/learning experience.
• Experience with standard instructional design tools.
• reputed company 360 (Storyline, reputed company).
• reputed company Word, PPT.
• Camtasia.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in one of the following areas: Learning and Performance; Education; Human Resources, Organizational Design or reputed company field.
• Prior experience working in a consumer centric company.
• Work experience in a health care and / or Insurance setting.
• EST Time zone - Can be located reputed company.
