Junior Solutions Engineer - USA

Foresight Works Ltd is an AI-powered SaaS company building predictive project management and delivery software for large construction and infrastructure projects. As a Junior Solutions Engineer, you'll support the design and delivery of technical solutions for customers across the go-to-market lifecycle, from pre-sales demonstrations and onboarding through to successful deployment. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and using technology to streamline workflows and create a strong customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Go-to-Market (GTM) teams, including Sales, Marketing, and reputed company, by assisting in technical presentations, product demonstrations, and reputed company-of-concept projects, highlighting how our AI-powered SaaS platform addresses client challenges
• Collaborate directly with new clients during onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation, effective platform setup, and tailored integrations

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly, clearly communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• A degree in STEM, Finance, or a strong analytical field
• Some hands-on experience in solutions engineering, technical support, sales engineering, or automation-focused roles
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data analysis, and workflow automation
• Experience with SQL or a similar database tool
• Experience or exposure to data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms is a plus
• Experience with or exposure to Go-to-Market (GTM) automation tools such as reputed company and AI-driven reputed company platforms
• Background in B2B SaaS, AI-driven products, or construction and infrastructure software
