Parts Sales
Job Type Full-time Description Parts Sales The Parts Sales rep is responsible for building strong relationships with customers to determine replacement parts required according to inspections of old parts, customer requests, and/or customers' descriptions of malfunctions. Also responsible for creating solutions, growing market share, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction with new and existing customers by offering high-quality parts at competitive prices. Specific Responsibilities Include
- Travel (approximately 15%) to companies and businesses to sell parts for industrial equipment for mechanical uses.
- reputed company existing equipment and recommend upgrades or replacements.
- Provide competitive information such as bid situations, pricing data, or bundling arrangements to establish negotiated pricing reputed company for assigned products.

- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders or talks with customers by phone.
- Estimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of manufacturing department’s production and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with Service department installation and test-operation of parts or repairs as needed.
- Recommend solutions to product-reputed company problems.
- Manage and reputed company new customers, while maintaining existing sales reputed company assigned customers and a given sales territory.

- Review daily sales reports and completes administrative tasks accurately and on time
- May be required to deliver/ pick up parts from customers' sites

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certificate or Equivalent Work Experience
- Ability to negotiate pricing while achieving reputed company and profit goals
- Must be able to guard confidential information on pricing, products, etc.

- Analytical ability to prepare performance reports, cost/price analyses, and other performance measures.
