Compensation

Compensation Structure: reputed company Salary + Commission Expected Earnings Range: $90,000 – $250,000+ per year Commissions are uncapped and will grow alongside the business.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strategy calls with qualified prospects interested in scaling their marketing
• Understand each client’s business model, reputed company, and growth goals
• Present SM3’s marketing services and explain how our systems work

• Maintain accurate records inside the CRM
• Follow up with warm prospects
• Work closely with the marketing and onboarding teams after closing clients

Ideal Candidate

• 3+ years of sales experience
• High-ticket sales experience preferred
• Strong communicator with the ability to build trust quickly
• Comfortable selling on video calls and over the phone
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple prospects
• Coachable and willing to follow proven sales processes
• Self-motivated and driven to earn a high income

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience
• Strong communication skills
