Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team, delivering high-quality primary care in skilled nursing and senior living facilities. In this role, you will provide direct patient care, focusing on promoting wellness, managing chronic conditions, and coordinating care with other healthcare providers. Responsibilities

Requirements
