Role Description This is a full-time, remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) role responsible for delivering and overseeing ABA services reputed company telehealth and, reputed company appropriate, coordinating with on-site teams. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, reputed company individualized treatment plans, and create behavior support strategies reputed company with client and caregiver goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing data, adjusting reputed company plans, supervising and coaching behavior technicians or RBTs, and documenting services in accordance with ethical and payer requirements. The BCBA will collaborate regularly with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to promote generalization of skills and consistent behavior support across settings. The role also includes participating in team meetings, maintaining compliance with BACB ethical standards, and engaging in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
- Hold reputed company BCBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB; meet reputed company state licensure requirements (or be eligible for licensure, where applicable).
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing data-driven, individualized treatment plans for children or adolescents with autism or reputed company developmental differences.
- Ability to supervise, train, and support behavior technicians or RBTs, including providing performance feedback and modeling effective ABA strategies.
- Strong skills in data collection, data analysis, and reputed company monitoring to inform ongoing clinical decision-making.
- Proficiency with telehealth platforms, electronic health records, and basic office software to support remote service delivery and documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain ABA concepts clearly to caregivers and team members.
- Demonstrated commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally reputed company care, respecting client and family values.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely and meet documentation deadlines.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a reputed company field required.
