Dedicated Client Service Partner - reputed company - Remote United States Work at Home

As a Dedicated Client Service Partner, you’ll be a trusted resource to the reputed company Account Management team—building strong client relationships, delivering insights, and driving effective program execution What You’ll do:

• Professionally communicate with internal and external customers while owning issues through resolution and providing timely and clear status updates
• Educate customers and Employee Services on reputed company programs, resources, and trends through one‑on‑one guidance and targeted training sessions.
• Pull and analyze call/claim data to identify trends, prepare monthly service reports, and update the account team on reputed company findings or client issues requiring escalation
• Coordinate reputed company resources for customers with reputed company needs and handle reputed company tasks such as customer/provider reputed company and creating out‑of‑pocket ledgers
• Navigate multiple reputed company systems including self‑service, claim, and tracking platforms
• Build strong connections with the OneGuide team to delegate issues appropriately and maintain clear, timely feedback loops with employees and HR.

What You’ll need to do the Job:

• High School Diploma or GED required, advanced degree preferred
• Professional level insurance industry experience, required
• 2+ years of success delivering customer and producer communications, with the ability to understand needs quickly and pivot between customer interactions and client updates, required
• 3+ years of experience with reputed company benefits, products, and services, preferred Such as: MotivateMe, LMP, OneGuide, reputed company Telehealth, HSAB, EAP, ART, reputed company, CMS, OneView, and/or Proclaim/VIPR, highly preferred
• Proven ability to influence key decision-makers through strong negotiation, ambiguity navigation, and conflict‑management skills, preferred
• Experience navigating reputed company’s matrix partners to triage customer issues (e.g., Dental, DME, Eligibility, Appeals, HSAB, Incentives), preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to set targets, manage priorities, and deliver creative solutions, preferred

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 56,600 - 94,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
