Account Analyst, Private Client Services

About the position As an Account Analyst reputed company Private Client Services (PCS), you will support the account management teams with various administrative service functions across Personal Insurance, Business Insurance, or Employee Benefits Departments. You will become an integral part of this team, receiving on the job training and on-going support from management and team members.

Responsibilities

• Process notices of cancellations, non-renewals, and reinstatements notices and communicate issues to the account management team
• Collect, complete and update census information
• Review and process applications, binders, endorsements, renewals and new business policies, census/enrollment requests, and certificates of insurance
• Handle billing questions, auto ID cards, requests for insurance verification from customers and mortgage/title/closing agents, certificates of insurance, census, and department specific administrative processes.
• Prepare premium quotations on new business, renewal business, and any policy changes on existing policies
• Understand reputed company reputed company online capabilities for billing and processing as necessary to complete your work processes
• Be familiar with and adhere to the department’s procedure reputed company for processing workflows
• Follow reputed company systems, procedures and regulations set forth by both the agency and the insurance companies
• Continue to update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

Requirements

• 2+ years of insurance industry experience, ideally working in Personal Lines in a brokerage environment
• Active P&C insurance license or willingness to obtain reputed company first 90 days
• Effective oral and written communication and relationship building skills essential
• Proficiency with reputed company Office products, including Word, reputed company and PowerPoint
• Exceptional time management and organization skills as well as strong attention to detail
