Position Overview As a valued member of our Energy Services team, the Data Entry Clerk will play a vital role in maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our programs. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.
• Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.
• Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.
• Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.
• Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.
• Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.
• Attend reputed company required staff meetings, supervision, training, and contractual meetings.
• Participate in mandatory agency training and other relevant professional development activities.
• Ensure strict confidentiality is maintained in reputed company aspects of the role.

Essential Qualifications and Skills To be successful in this role, you will need:

• An Associate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Two years of experience in Human Service or a reputed company field, or applicable work experience working with diverse individuals and families with low incomes.
• Additional appropriate education may be substituted for experience, or additional directly reputed company experience may be substituted for education.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office and database management systems.

Preferred Qualifications
