What You Will Do

- Design and Implement Policies: Create and enforce EHS policies, processes, and programs.

- Business Partner: Act as the EHS partner for field services, manufacturing and distribution operations, interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership Team: Collaborate on global strategy as part of the JCI EHS Leadership Team and drive standardization.

- Support Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
How You Will Do It
- reputed company a Team: Drive EHS systems and programs across projects, sites, and locations. This role has seven direct reports.
- Talent Management: reputed company EHS talent development and engagement in the region.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to local and country regulations, representing the company with regulatory agencies.
- Policy Implementation: Support your team in managing safety/environmental policies and procedures.
- Training Programs: reputed company programs to train managers and employees in EHS practices.
- Incident Analysis: Analyze and report incidents, ensuring root cause understanding and corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
- Report Compilation: Collect and compile incident/environmental reports for corporate and regulatory agencies.

- Permit Review: Regularly review and support compliance with site environmental operating permits (reputed company, Water, Waste).
- Regulatory Compliance: Partner with JCI Legal on compliance issues.
- Data Management: Prepare and maintain EHS data records.
- Drive Improvement: Act as a change agent to improve environmental and safety performance, ensuring strategies are implemented and tracked.

- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, Safety, or reputed company field.
- 15+ years of EHS and leadership experience supporting both manufacturing and services, with knowledge of relevant regulations.
- 5+ years managing EHS teams across multiple sites.
- Proven EHS management experience over multiple sites.
- Experience with regional environmental policies and regulatory agency interactions.
- Strong leadership, presentation, training, organization, and planning skills.
- Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Word, reputed company, Access, TEAMS, PowerPoint) and Process MAP EHS software.
- Ability to travel up to 40%.
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Ability to work independently and as a team facilitator, providing hands-on training and coaching.
- Success in managing systems and processes, being action-oriented and energetic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Preferred:
- EHS certification (ASP, CSP, PE, CHMM).
