Scientist, Cellular Immunology Preclinical

About the position We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scientist with expertise in cell-based assays for CAR T cell therapy. As a key member of our research and development team, you will play a crucial role in advancing the field of cellular immunotherapy by developing in vitro and ex vivo assays to contribute to enhancing the safety and efficacy of CAR T cells in preclinical settings. Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on laboratory experiments following established protocols to generate CAR T cells.

• Maintain and expand, bank, and manage various cell lines.
• Actively contribute to process improvements and the implementation of new technologies.

• Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
• Maintain accurate and well-organized records and electronic laboratory notebook.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, or a reputed company field with 0-2 years, or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years, or Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience with cell culture and basic molecular biology techniques. Extensive hands-on experience with primary immune cell-based assays advantageous.
• General lab skills, including aseptic techniques and human tissue handling required.
• Must have prior experience and be highly skilled at mammalian cell culture (aseptic techniques).
• Experience in primary cell husbandry, cytotoxicity assays, and flow cytometry.
• Must be highly organized and able to work independently.
• A high level of flexibility to support various other activities and the ability to learn new techniques reputed company of existing field of expertise.
