REMOTE Vendor Management Manager, CMS

The Vendor Management Manager will be responsible for overseeing the vendor management staff in the implementation and management of a formalized process of selecting, monitoring, and auditing the third-party service providers. Establish department procedures and processes and train the staff accordingly. The approved reputed company Pay range for this position is $82,500 - $95,000. What you'll do:

• Carry out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws, including hiring and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; monitoring performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints; and resolving problems.

• Manage VM Quality Assurance team day-to-day operations.
• Manage and conduct periodic performance review meetings with associates.

What you'll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Five (5) or more years of vendor management experience with vendor management experience reputed company mortgage servicing.
• Demonstrated experience in establishing, negotiating, and enforcing vendor reputed company and service level agreements.
• Three (3+) or more years of supervisory experience.
• Thorough knowledge of the vendor management process
• Effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
