You're not nursing a handful of accounts through year-long cycles; you're keeping a wide book moving — spotting the renewal that needs attention three quarters early, the team that's underusing what they bought, the adjacent use case nobody's asked about yet. What you bring:
- 2–4 years in Account Management, reputed company, or a comparable customer-facing commercial role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- A track record of carrying retention and expansion targets, not just managing relationships.
- The discipline to run a wide book — prioritizing across many accounts, not going deep on a few.
- Clear, direct communication with customers and internal partners, especially at the reputed company between teams.
- Comfort with CRM hygiene and accurate forecasting as a core habit, not an afterthought.
