We are currently hiring a dedicated, empathetic, and bilingual Customer Service Associate – Healthcare Prescription Benefits Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will support U.S.-based customers by answering questions and resolving concerns related to their prescription healthcare benefits, including claims, deductibles, coverage details, copays, and prescription refills. You do not need a prior background in healthcare or insurance—just a passion for learning, a genuine desire to understand customer concerns, and the drive to make a real impact on the lives of others.

If you are an exceptional listener who aims higher and reaches farther when faced with challenges, who acts boldly and speaks passionately, and who believes in being one team that helps many, then this is the career move you've been waiting for. Join arenaflex and discover what it means to be different, be yourself, learn more, and take action.

Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their prescription benefits. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Answering inbound calls in both English and Spanish from U.S.-based customers, addressing their questions and concerns regarding prescription healthcare benefits. (All training will be conducted in English.)
  • Providing clear, accurate information about insurance coverage, benefit plan details, copays, and coverage determinations to help customers fully understand their options.
  • Handling prescription-related requests including refill authorizations, order status updates, and shipment tracking to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Educating customers on self-service tools and online portals, walking them through troubleshooting steps so they can manage their accounts independently going forward.
  • Empathizing with customer concerns and proactively resolving issues to simplify the often-complex healthcare experience.
  • Navigating multiple computer applications with speed, accuracy, and confidence while maintaining a high level of professionalism on every interaction.
  • Adapting quickly to change by learning new call types as business needs evolve, and flexing your support across different areas of the operation when required.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bilingual fluency in both English and Spanish—written and verbal communication must be polished and professional in both languages.
  • Minimum age of 18 years with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least six months of customer service experience in any industry (entry-level candidates with strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply).
  • A customer-focused personality with a genuine desire to help people navigate sometimes challenging healthcare situations.
  • Professional, positive attitude and courteous telephone etiquette that reflects the arenaflex brand at all times.
  • Full-time schedule availability, including evenings and weekends, to meet evolving business needs.
  • Willingness to submit to a drug screening and background check as part of the hiring process.

Preferred Skills and Competencies

While not required, the following attributes will help you excel at arenaflex:

  • Previous experience in a call center, healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a natural aptitude for thinking on your feet.
  • Comfort with technology and the ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
  • Active listening skills combined with the ability to ask clarifying questions.
  • Resilience and emotional intelligence to handle sensitive customer conversations with grace.
  • Time management skills and the discipline to thrive in a remote work environment.

Work-From-Home Requirements

This is a fully remote position, and arenaflex will provide the company equipment you need to succeed. To ensure optimal performance, you must have:

  • High-speed internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed (no satellite, cellular, or wireless hotspot services permitted).
  • A hard-wired internet connection via Ethernet cable to a modem/router that you own and are responsible for maintaining.
  • A dedicated, quiet, and secured workspace free from distractions where you can focus fully on customer interactions.
  • A USB wired headset with a noise-canceling microphone to ensure clear, professional communication on every call.

arenaflex will ship you a company-issued PC, mouse, keyboard, and other essential equipment to use on your home network.
