Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary and data‑driven Senior Technical Product Manager to join the arenaflex Field Experiences (AFX) organization. In this role, you will dive deep into the daily workflows of our sales professionals, uncover friction points, and design innovative solutions that enhance pipeline management, deliver a unified Customer 360 view, and enable private pricing capabilities at scale. You will partner with engineering, design, data science, and senior leadership to turn insights into market‑ready products that drive measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Insight & Discovery: Conduct immersive research with sales teams, account managers, and operations specialists to map end‑to‑end processes, identify pain points, and prioritize high‑impact opportunities.
  • Product Vision & Strategy: Define a compelling product roadmap for pipeline management, Customer 360, and private pricing tools, aligning with arenaflex’s broader sales enablement objectives.
  • Requirement Definition: Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide cross‑functional delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Leadership: Lead agile squads composed of engineers, designers, data analysts, and QA specialists, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality features.
  • Go‑to‑Market Planning: Craft internal launch narratives and external press‑release style announcements that articulate the value proposition and adoption strategy for each new release.
  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback loops to validate hypotheses, iterate on solutions, and demonstrate ROI.
  • Stakeholder Management: Influence senior leadership, sales executives, and partner teams through compelling business cases, road‑show presentations, and executive briefings.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience delivering customer‑facing products, from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales operations, pipeline management, and pricing strategy within a technology‑driven environment.
  • Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand system architectures, scalability constraints, and integration points.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior leadership and driving consensus across matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional analytical skills; comfortable working with large data sets, building dashboards, and extracting actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—capable of writing clear product briefs, press‑release style narratives, and persuasive presentations.
