Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Virtual Assistant & Airbnb Guest Experience Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for guests, property owners, and service partners. Your day‑to‑day duties will include:

  • Guest & Reservation Management: Respond to inquiries, confirm bookings, and provide detailed information about property features, local attractions, and neighborhood amenities.
  • Virtual Property Management: Oversee the online property listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms, ensuring accurate descriptions, high‑quality photos, and up‑to‑date pricing.
  • Housekeeping Coordination: Schedule cleaning crews, track turnover timelines, and verify that each property meets arenaflex’s cleanliness standards before guest arrival.
  • Amenity Arrangement: Organize welcome kits, restock essential supplies, and arrange special requests such as baby equipment, pet‑friendly items, or local experiences.

Essential Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following experience and attributes:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer‑service experience, preferably in hospitality or vacation‑rental environments.
  • At least 2 years of direct experience handling Airbnb or hotel guest communications.
  • Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours (Eastern to Pacific time zones).
