Work from home Full-time role Hiring

About arenaflex – Transforming Home Care for a Healthier Tomorrow

Founded in 2016, arenaflex is a pioneering healthcare organization that is reshaping the delivery of home‑based care across the United States. With a mission to bring dignity, compassion, and reliable support to both patients and the caregivers who serve them, arenaflex has quickly become the largest consumer‑directed home care agency in New York State. Our innovative blend of person‑centered services, technology‑driven solutions, and a steadfast commitment to core values fuels rapid expansion into new states and the development of cutting‑edge digital tools that empower every stakeholder in the care journey.

At arenaflex, we live by four guiding principles that shape every interaction:

  • Here For You – An unwavering attitude of service, empathy, and availability.
  • Own It – A culture of proactive ownership and relentless drive.
  • Do the Right Thing – High integrity in every decision and action.
  • Be Positive – A can‑do spirit that turns challenges into opportunities.

These values are not just words on a wall; they are the heartbeat of our organization, influencing how we recruit, develop, and celebrate our team members.

Position Overview – HomeCare Sales Specialist I (Remote)

We are seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and results‑oriented HomeCare Sales Specialist I to join our Pre‑Care team. This remote role serves as the first point of contact for prospective patients and caregivers, guiding them through the enrollment process for arenaflex’s CDPAP (Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program) and LHCSA (Long‑Term Home Care Services Act) offerings. The specialist will convert inbound inquiries—whether via phone, email, or chat—into qualified service records (SRs) that move quickly toward authorized care.

While the position is primarily remote, occasional travel to the nearest arenaflex hub or office for collaborative meetings, training sessions, or team‑building events may be required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for prospective patients and caregivers, delivering clear, compassionate education about arenaflex’s CDPAP and LHCSA programs.
  • Maintain a rapid response cadence—responding to emails, chat messages, and voicemails within one business day.
  • Consistently generate a minimum of four high‑quality service records per day, ensuring each record contains accurate, error‑free data.
  • Achieve at least three hours of talk time daily, adjusting for marketing volume and lead flow.
  • Provide “one‑call resolution” service, minimizing the need for follow‑up and exemplifying arenaflex’s commitment to seamless care.
  • Document detailed case notes for each patient and caregiver interaction within arenaflex’s CRM platform (formerly known as Salesforce).
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—clinical, compliance, and operations—to expedite documentation, insurance verification, and state health department approvals.
  • Continuously meet or exceed monthly performance metrics related to case creation, call handling, and conversion rates.
  • Demonstrate genuine empathy on every call, reinforcing arenaflex’s reputation for caring, patient‑first service.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in telephonic sales, preferably within a healthcare or home‑care context.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while maintaining professionalism and composure.
  • Strong customer‑service orientation with a talent for active listening, empathy, and patient education.
  • Excellent written communication skills, capable of crafting clear, concise case notes and follow‑up emails.
  • Proficiency with computer systems, including typing speed of at least 50 wpm and comfort navigating CRM platforms (arenaflex’s CRM).
  • Ability to articulate case statuses and next steps clearly to callers, ensuring transparency throughout the enrollment journey.
  • Self‑motivation and a “own it” mindset that drives daily goal attainment without constant supervision.

Preferred (Nice‑to‑Have) Qualifications

  • Two or more years of experience in a similar remote sales or enrollment role.
  • Bilingual fluency—Spanish is highly valued, as are additional language capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency with arenaflex’s CRM system (formerly Salesforce), including custom report generation and workflow automation.
  • Familiarity with state health department regulations and insurance verification processes.
  • Experience working in a fast‑growing, technology‑focused healthcare startup environment.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Communication Excellence: Clear articulation, persuasive storytelling, and the ability to simplify complex care programs for diverse audiences.
  • Empathy & Patience: A genuine desire to help patients and caregivers feel heard, respected, and supported.
  • Organizational Agility: Managing multiple leads, tracking case progress, and meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using video conferencing, chat platforms, and arenaflex’s internal tools to streamline workflows.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quick resolution of issues over the phone, turning potential obstacles into positive outcomes.
  • Data Accuracy: Meticulous attention to detail when entering information into the CRM, ensuring compliance and smooth downstream processing.

Career Growth & Learning Opportunities

arenaflex invests heavily in the professional development of its team members. As a HomeCare Sales Specialist I, you will have access to:

  • Structured onboarding that pairs you with a seasoned mentor for the first 90 days.
  • Ongoing training modules covering advanced enrollment techniques, regulatory updates, and emerging home‑care technologies.
  • Opportunities to cross‑train with clinical and operations teams, broadening your understanding of the full care continuum.
  • Clear career pathways toward senior sales, team lead, or specialist roles within arenaflex’s expanding national footprint.
  • Support for certifications relevant to home‑care administration, such as Certified Home Care Professional (CHCP) or related industry credentials.
