Together, our products empower businesses and individuals with next-generation fintech and enterprise solutions. We are looking for a Senior Software Developer to lead the development and scaling of these products, ensuring reliability, security, and innovation at every step. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications for Iris Pay and Destiny. Lead technical architecture decisions, ensuring modularity and future-proofing of the platforms. Develop secure APIs and integrations with third-party services, payment gateways, and enterprise tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, ISO, etc.) for payment and business data security. Mentor junior developers and set coding best practices across the team. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality releases. Implement DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, cloud deployment) for smooth delivery. Troubleshoot production issues, optimize system performance, and ensure platform stability. Qualifications & Skills Must-Have: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. 2-3+ years of experience in backend and full-stack development (with at least 1 years in a senior role). Strong proficiency in Node.js / Java / Python / .NET (based on your stack). Experience with fintech/payment systems (secure transactions, APIs, wallets, UPI, cards, etc.). Proficiency in database systems (SQL, NoSQL) and designing scalable data architectures. Strong knowledge of security practices (encryption, tokenization, OAuth, JWT, fraud prevention). Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Nice-to-Have: Prior experience with payment platforms, digital wallets, or enterprise SaaS systems. Familiarity with microservices, event-driven systems, and serverless architectures. Knowledge of blockchain, AI/ML, or predictive analytics for fintech/enterprise use cases.
