Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input legal documents, case details, and client information into arenaflex’s proprietary systems with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Quality Control & Verification: Review entries for completeness, correct any discrepancies, and confirm that all data aligns with source documents.
  • Document Filing & Distribution: File electronic documents in the appropriate folders, attach relevant metadata, and route files to the appropriate process‑server teams via internal email and workflow tools.
  • Issue Investigation: Identify, investigate, and resolve data inconsistencies or missing information, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in ongoing training sessions to deepen knowledge of legal filing procedures, industry regulations, and arenaflex’s evolving technology stack.
