Job Description

Reporting to: Reporting into the Growth Region Director Poland+CEE+Caspian We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across our four business lines within a defined territory. This is a pure new business development role focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a hunter mentality sales professional who thrives on opening new accounts and driving business expansion. Essential responsibilities: New Business Development: Identify, prospect, and acquire new customers across the territory to drive revenue growth for all four Veolia Water Tech business lines (in coordination with CSM); Territory Management: Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize penetration in the municipal market and achieve ambitious sales targets for EPP, T&P and MWIS; Multi-Line Selling: Promote and sell solutions (for CSM, lead sharing and cross-selling) across our four business lines; Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, networking, trade shows, and lead generation activities. Growth should be obtained through working EPC, Engineering companies, consultants, all active actors in the municipality; Customer Engagement: Conduct needs assessments, technical presentations, and solution demonstrations to prospective clients; Proposal Development: Prepare compelling proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements; Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and developments to identify new opportunities; Collaboration: Work closely with the support functions and technical teams, product specialists, and operations to ensure seamless solution delivery; Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and provide regular forecasts and performance reports to management; Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for revenue and new account acquisition.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in water treatment, industrial equipment, or related technical industries Demonstrated track record of successfully hunting and closing new business Strong understanding of consultative and solution-based selling methodologies Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into business value Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills Willingness to travel extensively throughout the territory Valid driver's license Work permit or citizenship, allowed to work in Europe

Preferred Qualifications
