At arenaflex, we're a fast-growing digital marketing company based in London, and we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO. This is a full-time position that offers a unique blend of challenges and opportunities for growth and development. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating tasks with others. Your focus will be on Facebook Ads, but you'll also have the opportunity to work on other areas of digital marketing, including Google Ads, graphic design, and more.

Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager / Customer Support / General Virtual Assistant to our CEO, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing and helping to manage multiple projects, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and other areas of digital marketing
  • Performing tasks and coordinating tasks with others to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Communicating directly with clients through our Basecamp project management system
  • Providing exceptional customer support and responding to client queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting the CEO with administrative tasks and other projects as needed
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve shared goals and objectives
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Essential Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Facebook Ads experience, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
  • Google Ads experience, with a strong understanding of AdWords and Shopping campaigns
  • Proven experience working with English-speaking clients or employers
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • A fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power
  • Graphic design skills on Canva or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of or experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation and follow-up, and product research (although not essential, these skills will be a plus)

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, we're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced digital marketing environment
  • A strong understanding of SEO principles and practices
  • Knowledge of or experience with Hubstaff time tracking software
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional results in a customer-facing role

Percentage Breakdown of Tasks

Your time will be split across a range of tasks, including:

  • FB Ads Setup and strategy (45%)
  • Google Ads Setup and Optimisation (10%)
  • Responding to Customer Queries via Basecamp across all projects (10%)
  • Graphic design (10%)
  • General Admin (10%)
  • Report Preparation (5%)
  • SEO Blogs proofreading and editing (5%)
  • Lead Generation and Follow Up (5%)
