[Remote] Program Manager, AI Transformation (GTM)

As a Technical Program Manager on the GTM Engineering team, you will lead AI-driven automation initiatives across various departments, collaborating with leadership and engineering teams to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM leadership across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-powered automation and workflow optimization
- Own the GTM AI roadmap—prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, readiness, and alignment across functions
- Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows across the GTM stack, collaborating closely with Business Systems, Data, Product, and AI Engineering teams
- Translate ambiguous business problems into structured programs with clear success metrics, tracking adoption and measuring efficiency impact
- Represent GTM Engineering needs in AI and roadmap planning with engineering
- Establish frameworks for measuring AI initiative success: tracking time savings, productivity lift, adoption rates, and revenue impact
- Drive change management and enablement efforts, ensuring GTM teams understand, adopt, and maximize new AI capabilities
Skills
- 5-8+ years of program management, ideally within GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations
- Proven track record managing cross-functional programs and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with GTM systems and workflows: experience with Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, customer success tools, and understanding of the GTM lifecycle from lead generation through renewal
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives and establish data-driven frameworks for measuring program success
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence senior leaders and drive adoption across teams
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize competing demands, and balance strategic vision with tactical execution
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact
- Nice to have: experience designing and implementing AI, automation, or workflow intelligence in GTM, sales operations, or post-sales environments
- Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field preferred
