Position Overview

The Remote Senior Staff Product Manager will own the end‑to‑end customer journey for arenaflex InHome. From the moment a shopper clicks “Add to Cart” to the instant the last item lands in their refrigerator, you will be the champion of a flawless, delightful experience. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, data analytics, design, and cross‑functional collaboration, reporting directly to the Head of Product and partnering closely with Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Define a long‑term product vision and strategy for the arenaflex InHome customer experience that aligns with corporate growth objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a dynamic product roadmap that balances short‑term wins with long‑term innovation.
  • Set clear, measurable product KPIs (e.g., Net Promoter Score, delivery success rate, churn reduction) and drive continuous improvement against these benchmarks.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with engineering, design, operations, and marketing to translate strategic goals into actionable feature specifications.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to ensure timely delivery of high‑quality releases.
  • Act as the voice of the customer in all product discussions, advocating for user needs and ensuring alignment across teams.

Data‑Driven Decision Making

  • Leverage quantitative data (usage analytics, A/B test results, operational metrics) and qualitative insights (user interviews, surveys) to prioritize features and identify growth opportunities.
  • Communicate performance results to senior leadership, highlighting successes, risks, and actionable recommendations.
  • Implement rigorous testing, QA, and post‑launch monitoring processes to guarantee feature reliability and customer satisfaction.

Customer Research & Design

  • Conduct regular user research, persona development, and journey mapping to uncover pain points and unmet needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in consumer‑facing or logistics‑focused products.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and launching customer‑experience products from concept through market release.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of using data to drive product decisions and measurable outcomes.
