Customer Service Agent
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Dialing Agent to join our team. As a Dialing Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, handling inquiries, and issues, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a high conversion rate, and the ability to work collaboratively with the team. You must be willing to work on a graveyard shift. Offer: PHP 18,000 Base + PHP 6,000 KPI Bonus Please take note that this is a two-month project only.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements
- Good to have at least 1 – 2 years of experience doing outbound calls in a BPO/high-volume environment, freshers are also welcome
- Must be open to graveyard shift/shifting schedules
- Preferably someone with experience in Customer Service, Voice based Support, very good communication skills, and good stability.
- Should not be jumping jobs.
- Must have a laptop or desktop which meets the minimum qualifications:
- Processor: Core i5 or higher
- RAM – 8GB or higher
- Bandwidth Requirements Minimum: Download Speed: at least 10 Mbps, and Upload Speed: at least 10 Mbps
