Position Overview

This is a Remote Temporary role designed for entry‑level talent who can commit to a three‑week assignment beginning around November 21 and concluding around December 17. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers placing orders, answering inbound calls, and escalating any additional service needs. The schedule is flexible, but you must be available for 30+ hours per week between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. You will enjoy paid time off on Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 28) and the following Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer a continuous stream of inbound customer calls with a courteous, upbeat tone.
  • Accurately capture and enter order details into the arenaflex system, ensuring all required fields are completed.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and apply commission‑based incentives where appropriate.
  • Escalate complex service issues to the appropriate specialist while maintaining ownership of the customer’s experience.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of product offerings, promotions, and holiday shipping deadlines.
  • Document call outcomes and follow‑up actions in the CRM to support seamless hand‑offs.
  • Adhere to all compliance, data‑privacy, and security protocols while handling sensitive customer information.

Essential Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, or Wisconsin.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, friendly speaking voice.
  • Basic computer literacy; comfortable navigating multiple windows, using function keys, and typing accurately while speaking.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload) and a wired Ethernet setup.
  • Ability to work independently in a home‑office environment while meeting productivity targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow scripted processes without sacrificing authenticity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call‑center, retail, or hospitality role, even if part‑time or seasonal.
  • Familiarity with order‑entry software, CRM platforms, or e‑commerce systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales or upsell goals.
  • Experience using dual monitors, a USB headset, and a webcam for video‑based coaching sessions.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional coursework in customer service, communications, or business is a plus.

Technical Requirements

Preferred Computer Setup (Recommended for optimal performance)

  • PC or laptop running Windows 10 or 11 (no Mac, Vista, Chromebook, or XP).
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 2nd Gen or newer OR Intel i‑Series 8th Gen or newer, with at least 4 cores (2018+).
  • Memory: 8 GB RAM or higher.
  • Storage: Minimum 10 GB free hard‑disk space.
  • Internet: Wired connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds.
  • Peripherals: USB headset with a microphone, functional keyboard (including F‑keys), optional webcam, and dual monitors for increased productivity.

Minimum Acceptable Configuration

  • Base Pay: $14.00 per hour.
  • Commission: Upsell commission on qualifying sales, adding significant earning potential.
