  • Resolve customer concerns quickly and within policy, including oversold flights, delayed or cancelled itineraries, lost or damaged baggage, and special service requests.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to live chat inquiries, and handle radio communications with clear, concise, and empathetic language.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions, generate reports, and complete incident or protest forms as required.
  • Assist with boarding procedures, gate assignments, and cargo loading to ensure efficient aircraft turnaround.
  • Collaborate with team members across ticketing, baggage, and operations to deliver a seamless travel experience.
