Key Responsibilities of the Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex

  • Live Customer Engagement: Respond to incoming live chats from website visitors in real time, addressing questions related to website navigation, services, products, and general client concerns with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Issue Evaluation and Escalation: Carefully assess each customer interaction, identify situations that require additional expertise, and escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Online Chat Manager in a timely manner.
  • Relationship Building: Create meaningful connections with new and returning customers by actively listening, showing empathy, and working to fully understand and meet their needs during every interaction.
  • Accurate and Concise Communication: Deliver responses that are clear, well-organized, and appropriately tailored to the customer’s question, inquiry, request, or concern, while always maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
  • Product and Service Promotion: Naturally promote client products and services during conversations by identifying customer needs and offering relevant information that adds value to their experience.
  • Performance Standards: Consistently meet and exceed the established performance metrics and quality standards set by arenaflex, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and chat handling targets.
  • Professional Image: Project a polished, positive, and professional image in every customer interaction, representing both arenaflex and our clients with the highest level of integrity.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the broader customer service team, including documentation, follow-up correspondence, and data entry as needed.
  • Flexibility and Team Support: Assist with overflow work and take on additional duties as required, demonstrating a willingness to support the team and adapt to changing business needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and contribute meaningfully within a team-oriented, remote environment.
  • Computer and Internet Proficiency: Solid PC keyboarding skills and reliable internet experience, with the ability to navigate multiple platforms and applications simultaneously.
