  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI) in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate professionally with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional staff to resolve data ambiguities.
  • Suggest process improvements, automation opportunities, and workflow enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Complete daily task quotas while adhering to established turnaround times.

Essential Qualifications
