SEO Account Strategist

- SEO/AEO Implementation: Master executing routine SEO optimizations and updates using our proprietary SEO AI platform, following specific directives from the Operations Team. Be able to own the product and become the SME.
- Report Building: Ensure the team is excelling with focus on Strategic Insights and Performance Analysis based on routine reporting and scorecards.
- Task Coordination: Act as the bridge between the client team and the vendor partners, managing internal requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Campaign Monitoring: Oversee ongoing SEO optimizations across many client accounts that you will manage and your team will manage.
- Process Adherence: Follow, create, and maintain checklists and SOPs without deviation to maintain a high standard of "error-free" output.
- Experience: Proven background in a support, administrative, or operations role where extreme attention to detail was a requirement.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Docs). Expertise with GA4, Google Search Console, and Google Business Profile are required.
- Organizational Mastery: You are a "list person" who loves a clean workflow and can create and manage a consistent daily workload independently.
- Communication: Excellent written communication skills for internal and external coordination; with a professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Adaptability: A quick learner who can jump into new AI software and processes efficiently.
