[Remote] Sr. Finance Analyst

They are seeking a Sr. Finance Analyst to support strategic and financial decision-making across the organization, collaborating with various teams and enhancing financial models and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce yourself to the organization and develop a deep understanding of the product, business model, and financial outlook
  • Equip product managers and department leaders with monthly insights on business trends
  • Support short- and long-term financial plans, assist in financial reporting and KPI variance analysis, and help drive key strategic initiatives
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance corporate financial models, including annual budgets, forecasts, and consolidated cash flows
  • Build KPI frameworks, analyze product line performance, and support high-impact decisions including go-to-market strategy, partnership negotiations, and potential M&A
  • Create clear presentations to articulate findings to key stakeholders

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business, or another quantitative field
  • Two or more years of relevant industry experience with financial modeling (e.g., investment banking, private equity, corporate finance)
  • Highly analytical mindset with the ability to execute complex financial modeling, analyze raw data, and draw clear conclusions
  • High degree of organization, efficiency, and exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
  • A team-player mindset with a desire to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment
