[Remote] Coaching & Development Consultant (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Conduct professional conversations with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership and professional development programs. Provide information regarding available learning pathways and support general enquiries using established communication guidelines
- Build and maintain positive professional relationships through effective communication, active listening, and a professional approach to participant engagement
- Utilize digital platforms including Zoom, CRM systems, email, and online communication tools to support workflow management, maintain records, and complete day-to-day administrative activities
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities focused on communication, leadership capability, and role-specific knowledge
- Manage responsibilities independently while following established systems, operational processes, and communication standards within a remote environment
Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience
