[Remote] Clinical Talent Partner-Sourcing

They are seeking a Clinical Talent Partner-Sourcing to maintain candidate pipelines for Advanced Practice Providers and support physician sourcing efforts. The role involves strategic outreach, screening candidates, and ensuring smooth handoffs to recruiters.
Responsibilities
- Attracting CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers across LinkedIn, Indeed, ACNM/AANP chapters, Facebook groups, contact lists and niche clinical communities
- Run targeted outreach campaigns, track conversion rates, and maintain full, active pipelines across all open markets
- Re-engage silver medalists and keep warm candidates from going cold between touchpoints
- Conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation, providing a deeper touchpoint than a basic inquiry
- Deliver clean, polished candidate summaries to the assigned recruiter using a standardized screening scorecard (in Greenhouse), so recruiters can focus on relationship-building in their screens
- Maintain consistent candidate communication between touchpoints until recruiter handoff
- Ensure all sourced candidates are tracked and up-to-date in the ATS at all times
- Provide daily pipeline updates on the recruiting tracker
- Support physician sourcing efforts as directed
- Sourced candidates will be assigned between recruiters on a rotating basis. You will work closely with the recruitment manager and the clinical sourcer to maintain equal distribution
Skills
- Experience in sourcing Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) such as CNMs, WHNPs, OB/GYNs, PAs, and other clinical providers
- Ability to run targeted outreach campaigns and track conversion rates
- Experience in maintaining full, active pipelines across open markets
- Skills in re-engaging silver medalists and keeping warm candidates from going cold
- Ability to conduct structured initial screens covering licensure, availability, location flexibility, and compensation
- Experience in delivering clean, polished candidate summaries using a standardized screening scorecard
