As part of the Strategic Product and Customer Engagement Team, a Solutions Architect comes with a proven track record of solving customer challenges with a combination of software and cloud technologies. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate ability to focus on customers needs - not only the technical needs but also strategic needs, develop technical solutions around customer objectives in complex situations, motivate and align the goals internally to deliver excellent customer experience as results. This role requires deep technical expertise and understanding of cloud technologies, a strong sense of technical evangelism, a relentless commitment to long term customer success, as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities. The Principal Solutions Architect will work closely with customers and other team members to define project requirements, create detailed solution designs, and provide guidance and direction throughout the development process. The ability to drive repeatable artifacts, and contribute to deliverables as a force multiplier is a critical skill for the Solution Architect role. As part of the SA community you will capture and share best practices with your peers, other teams such as Product Solutions Engineering, generate internal and external technical content, and participate in evangelist and workshop activities to grow the community.

Responsibilities

Have a strong background in cloud technologies, and be able to demonstrate technical excellence when building scalable architectures. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science (or related field) At least 10 years of experience in a technical leadership role, preferably in a solutions architect or similar role Strong technical skills, including expertise in at least one major cloud platforms and familiarity with a variety of technical platforms and architectures Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical challenges Experience working with customers and managing customer relationships on an executive level Ability to work independently and in a team environment Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Apply Job!
