Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, video chat, or other means of communication as appropriate
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handling all conversations in a tactful yet assertive manner, providing friendly service while maintaining accountability for quality of work
  • Documenting all communications on the appropriate channels (CRM system) as required
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of all company products/services and industry trends to accurately answer questions and provide pertinent information about competitors
  • Staying up-to-date with CRM software and utilizing it effectively to manage customer interactions

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A laptop or PC (arenaflex can provide resources to help if you don't have one)
  • A reliable ethernet internet connection
  • The ability to pass a background check

Essential Qualifications:

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a work-from-home setting

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of CRM software and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Friendly, yet assertive demeanor with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitor analysis
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Experience with multiple communication channels (email, phone, video chat, etc.)
