Tasks
As a Customer Support & AI Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling real customer needs: Respond to inbound support tickets, mainly via email, with growing volumes in chat and occasional phone calls. Most questions are about orders: deliveries, returns, and product help. You'll bring clarity, speed, and calm to every conversation.
- Making support better every day: Help spot patterns, build knowledge base, auto-generate answers, and work closely with the team to reduce ticket volume, speed up resolution, and raise customer satisfaction.
- Using AI as your default: Our support runs on a shared inbox across multiple channels with automations throughout. You'll use AI to generate replies, build workflows, and guide customers to real-time solutions—fast, personal, and scalable.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Swedish and English: You communicate clearly, naturally, and respectfully in both languages.
- AI proficiency: You already use tools like ChatGPT or Claude for writing, translating, and solving everyday problems—and you're excited to use them even more.
- Fast thinking, clear communication, and ownership: You figure things out, fix what's broken, and raise your hand when something doesn't make sense.
