Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Advisor at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries and resolving their queries in a timely and efficient manner

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues

  • 18+ years of age to ensure that you're eligible to work with us
  • Must pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
