Job Description

As a Customer Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll create outstanding customer experiences by delivering our signature 'Gold service' standard to all customers. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls and correspondence professionally, process and amend customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, and utilize relevant systems to address and resolve customer requests.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication:

Handle inbound and outbound calls and correspondence professionally, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with a high level of service and professionalism.

Order Management:

Process and amend customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail, ensuring that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.

Problem Resolution:

Utilize relevant systems to address and resolve customer requests, providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues.

Data Management:

Record customer information with precision, maintaining quality standards and ensuring that all customer data is accurate and up-to-date.

Access Management:

Support customers with online access needs directly or through appropriate channels, ensuring that all customers have access to the resources they need.

Financial Processing:

Handle aspects of Order to Cash, including Cash Applications and Credit Control, ensuring that all financial transactions are processed efficiently and effectively.

Relationship Building:

Develop strong connections with business teams and customers, building relationships that are based on trust, respect, and open communication.

Customer Service Excellence:

Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Technical Proficiency:

Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and SAP experience preferred, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.

Communication Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Aptitude:

Proactive approach to resolving issues efficiently, with the ability to think critically and creatively to find solutions.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to adjust working hours based on service center requirements, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Attention to Detail:

Precision in processing orders and maintaining records, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Teamwork:

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and other teams.
