Project Controller

Matrix Technologies, Inc. is a leading provider of engineering, automation, and systems integration services. The Project Controller will assist Project Managers with project budgeting, planning, and scheduling while also supporting departmental duties related to project controls and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of Budgets, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Earned Value Reports and all related cost control tools
• Assist Project Managers with the development and maintenance of proposal and project schedules, as requested
• Assist Project Managers with development and maintenance of Project Plans, project reports, customer reports, etc., as requested
• Assist Project Managers with the coordination and execution of Document Controls on a project
• Assist Project Managers with the coordination and tracking of Purchased Items on a project
• As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with the training and development of others with regards to job cost, planning, scheduling and other project related activities
• As assigned by the Department Manager, assist with departmental and organizational Process Improvements; including our Project Operating Processes and Vision Lifecycle Guide

Skills

• 1 - 3 years of experience in Project Controls or equivalent
• Thorough working knowledge of current Windows environment, primarily Project, Word, Excel, Teams, and Planner
• Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Primavera software (including planning and developing schedules)
• Experience in the development and use of cost control tools including EV reporting
• Bachelor's degree in business and/or engineering related field preferred
