Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, maintaining data consistency, and reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for data entry, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
* Read and decipher customer and shipping orders to ensure accurate data entry
- Enter data into specific Microsoft Excel fields, maintaining consistency and accuracy throughout the system
- Verify and ensure accuracy of entered data, reporting any errors or anomalies to your supervisor
- Perform filing, copying, and administrative duties as required
- Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives
Essential Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel
- Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Patience for repetitive work and a strong attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Reading knowledge of Spanish
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry and/or filing
- Social perceptiveness and service orientation
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
