- Provide training to operators for optimal system performance, enhancing customer satisfaction
- Manage financial performance within the territory, focusing on revenue generation and expense control
- Maintain company assets, including a company car, cell phone, computer, and tools
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and perform necessary administrative duties
Skills
- Minimum high school diploma, Technical Degree, or equivalent experience
- 1-2+ years of field service experience in medical imaging equipment
- Proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record; ability to travel within assigned geography
- Familiarity with service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on medical imaging equipment
- Experience in testing, repairing, and maintaining capital medical equipment
