Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Answering incoming calls and providing assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to follow up on inquiries and resolve issues
  • Handling customer complaints and finding appropriate solutions to meet their needs
  • Accurately entering customer information into our database
  • Meeting and exceeding performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive support to customers
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or remote support environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, phone systems, and other tools and systems
