Job Summary
As a Remote Online Live Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for engaging with customers in real-time through online chat to provide support and assistance. You'll resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers. You'll also collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and document customer interactions and feedback for analysis and improvement.
