Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. You'll be the face of our organization, providing high-quality service to our customers through inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits. Key Responsibilities

* Field customer inquiries and address pain points through inbound and outbound calling

• Set appointments and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
• Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
• Complete necessary paperwork and quality control measures to ensure high-quality service
• Participate in leadership development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• 18+ years of age to meet our company's minimum age requirement
• Must pass a background check to ensure your safety and the safety of our customers
• High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
• Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
