Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and their members. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, setting appointments, and performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
- Utilizing basic computer knowledge to complete necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Participating in quality control initiatives to ensure exceptional service standards are met
- Collaborating with leadership to develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Interacting effectively with all levels of management and employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Key Responsibilities

- Interact effectively with all levels of management and employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
- Good verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, members, and internal stakeholders
- Excellent customer relation and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships
- Upbeat and positive attitude, with great energy and a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to interact effectively with people and groups, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Customer Service and/or Customer Sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and employees, with a focus on seamless communication and collaboration
- Legally authorized to work in the US/Canada
