Job Description

As a remote work from home customer service representative in a contractor role, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients through inbound phone calls, chat, and email
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and empathetic manner
• Working with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
• Collaborating with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
• Staying up-to-date with client products and services to provide informed support

Schedule and Flexibility

As a contractor with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to create a work schedule that works best for you, within client and contract hours of operation. The majority of work hours are during weekdays and daytime, but you'll have the opportunity to choose your own schedule to suit your needs.

Earnings and Revenue

Contract earnings vary by client, with rates ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Pay is determined by your phone status when assisting customers, and additional incentives are available based on client and performance metrics.

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex.
