Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Develop and maintain data quality standards and processes

- Identify and resolve data quality issues in a timely manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data collection and reporting processes

- Create reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and identify areas for improvement

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with data quality standards

- Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis

- Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to data quality and analytics

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in data analysis and quality management

- Strong knowledge of data quality principles and techniques

- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau)

- Experience with data cleansing and data profiling

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
