  • Ability to influence teams and encourage Agile adoption without formal authority
  • Ability to identify risks or impediments early and proactively address them
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to delivery timelines
  • Experience working in structured delivery environments such as government or regulated programs

You Should be familiar with:

  • Agile lifecycle tools such as VersionOne, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Working in service‑oriented or enterprise application environments
  • Scaled Agile delivery environments such as SAFe or other multi‑team coordination models

Requirements

  • 2-5 years experience working in an Agile delivery environment supporting technical teams
  • Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and supporting software development teams
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
