Typescript Developer (ID: 3109)

As a Typescript Developer, you will:
  • Work in a Scrum team to design and develop an orchestration layer enabling rapid provisioning of demo and training landscapes in both SAP Cloud Infrastructure (SCI) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs to support integration between various infrastructure components and tools.
  • Implement integrations for monitoring, reporting, configuration management, and other architecture layers.
  • Ensure automation and scalability of deployment processes across hybrid and cloud-only environments.
  • Support and enhance inventory data management through robust API services.
  • Contribute to a fully automated and integrated approach to deploying landscapes anytime and anywhere.
  • Actively participate in all Scrum activities including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A degree in Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable technical field.
  • Minimum of 6 years of development experience, including 4+ years with Node.js, TypeScript, and modern software architecture.
  • Proven experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Familiarity with Swagger, Jenkins, and Linux-based environments.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub, Jira or Azure DevOps (ADO), and working within Agile/Scrum frameworks.
You Should Possess the Ability To:
  • Develop scalable and modular orchestration software that integrates with GCP, BTP, SCP, and other platforms.
  • Translate infrastructure needs into technical solutions that enhance automation and efficiency.
  • Work effectively in a collaborative, Agile development environment.
  • Focus on customer requirements and deliver reliable, production-ready code.
  • Adapt quickly to evolving technologies and complex system landscapes.
  • Optionally, work on large-scale landscape projects or utilize skills in Kubernetes and GCP for advanced infrastructure tasks.
