[Remote] Order Coordinator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CSC is a company focused on providing excellent service in the business-to-business environment, and they are seeking an Associate Client Order Coordinator for their Annual Reports Filing team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing legal documents, fulfilling customer orders, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and processing legal documents
  • Completing data entry of customer information
  • Fulfilling customer orders with various jurisdictions
  • Sending accurate results to customers in a timely manner
  • Problem solving issues related to customers and documentation
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Electronic filing and retrieval of documents
