As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve this mission by providing exceptional service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling all aspects of customer service related to ticketing and making reservations for passengers and crew members, including tagging and lifting passenger's luggage to a bag belt for transport to the ramp.
  • Proactively greeting customers, assessing their needs, explaining Joblora's available options, and directing them accordingly.
  • Positively influencing customers' use of airport facilities to ensure a better, faster, and friendlier airport experience for all customers.
  • Displaying a positive image of Remotexa and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Keeping customers informed while ensuring smooth airline transportation.
  • Efficiently coordinating with internal resources while working under stress and time constraints to dispatch flights on time.
  • Performing a variety of responsibilities in accordance with the practical work location assignment; however, agents can be cross-applied and required to perform all functions. Specific functions, tasks, and departments may vary or be added depending on the location and operational requirements.

Subject to Rotating Shifts and Stale Days

As a Customer Service Agent, you may be required to work rotating shifts, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. You may also be required to work outdoors.

Practices Safety-Aware Behaviors

You'll practice safety-aware behaviors in all operational procedures and protocols.

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma, GED, or High School Equivalency
  • The ability to work with diverse groups of people, think creatively, and adapt to changing situations
  • Consistently prioritizing safety and security, both for yourself and others
  • Demonstrating a commitment to protecting customer data and maintaining confidentiality
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • The ability to lift baggage or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift baggage or equipment weighing between 50 and 70 pounds
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to type at least 30 words per minute to effectively use the agent's computer system
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, using proper grammar, tone, and pronunciation
  • The ability to work a fixed and/or rotating schedule, including afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
